Today’s Ganību dambis was first planted with trees in the year 1710 when, after the Russian army arrived in Riga, it was deemed necessary to connect the city with Sarkandaugava. According to the wishes of Tzar Peter I, Otro Ķeizardārzs was built. It was primarily Riga’s aristocrats who developed this area at the edge of the city, constructing grand summer homes and gardens. Sunday excursions and strolls through this neighborhood became quite popular.
We have developed an especially comfortable project consisting of three renovated Jugendstihl buildings. These are located within a nicely landscaped territory that includes a park with a gazebo.
